The NCC Youth League shall have the same basic structures as the NCC. It shall operate on National, Provincial, Regional and Branch levels.

Membership onto the Youth League is open to youth between the ages of sixteen (16) years and thirty five (35) years.

Its objectives are to actively advance the rights of youth, both within and outside of the NCC.

The CGC Youth League shall focus on Youth discrimination in all spheres and sectors of the Country.

It shall create opportunities for youth in all spheres and sectors of the Country. It shall be the voice of all under privileged youth of this Country.

Members of the NCC Youth League older than eighteen years shall play a full part in the general political life of the NCC.

A member of the NCC Youth League shall not be eligible for election to any position as office bearer of the NCC or attend any Symposiums or Executive Meetings of the NCC, unless he/she is a full member of the NCC. (A member may attend upon special invitation only)

The NCC Youth league shall be an integral part of the NCC with its own Constitution, Policies, Rules and Regulations, provided it is not in conflict with the Constitution and Policies of the NCC
